During the BINA Foundation sensitization in June, Chima was identified as an indigent woman who needs empowerment for survival. The husband who is a native of Ezeagu and also a motor cycle spare parts dealer abandoned her with the baby in 2010. It was very hard for her to cope with taking care of herself and the baby. Her father who is a farmer took care of them before the intervention of BINA Foundation. Presently, she is undergoing training in Catering / Fast Food and Fashion/Textile Designing. Chima is a determined woman, she is eager to learn as fast as possible. According to her, she intends to work for people for some time after the training in order to earn a living, save some money and further open up her own business if she is able to get financial assistance.
